Every 432 engagement begins with listening and understanding before recommendations are made. The process is designed to respect the people doing the work, uncover how operations function in practice, and create solutions that are realistic for the business.
We begin with a discovery conversation about your business, your goals, your concerns, and what you want the engagement to accomplish.
We examine how work is currently organized through observation, conversations, document review, and other information-gathering methods appropriate to the engagement.
We organize and validate what was learned, identify key findings, and provide a clear written understanding of the areas assessed.
The 432 Basic and 432 Expanded Assessments conclude with the Written Operational Summary at this stage.
For comprehensive engagements, findings are developed into practical recommendations, redesigned workflows, documentation, tools, training resources, or other agreed-upon solutions.
When implementation support is included, 432 helps prepare for rollout, testing, training, and the transition of new processes or tools into everyday operations.
The engagement closes with clear ownership, transferred materials, follow-up, and guidance for maintaining the improvements after 432’s work is complete.
