Every business operates differently. Some need a focused look at one process, while others need a broader operational assessment and clear recommendations. 432 provides operations and process improvement consulting through defined starting points with transparent pricing, allowing you to choose the level of support that fits your business now.

Available services include:

Training development and delivery
Smart Systems Development – customized operational tools, trackers, dashboards, management systems, and workflow solutions

Employee-focused workplace improvement support
Pricing: Additional services are priced according to scope, complexity, and the deliverables required. The final investment is provided in writing before work begins.
When the process needs more than a procedure, we can build the tool that supports it.
432 develops customized operational systems designed around how your business actually works. Solutions may include dashboards, trackers, inventory systems, contract management systems, workflow tools, automated reminders and alerts, reporting tools, and other practical systems that improve visibility, consistency, and accountability.
We start with the operational need, not the technology. Your workflow, responsibilities, handoffs, information needs, and management requirements are defined first. From there, we design a solution that fits the business and can be realistically maintained.
Where it adds practical value, solutions may also incorporate automation and AI-assisted features to reduce manual work, improve monitoring, and help surface information that needs attention.
Smart Systems may be developed as a stand-alone project or recommended as part of a 432 operational assessment.
The 432 Basic Assessment and 432 Expanded Assessment require payment in full before the engagement is confirmed. Payment terms for the 432 Comprehensive Assessment and additional services are established in the written proposal and service agreement.
Work begins after the service agreement is signed, the required payment is received, onboarding is complete, and 432 confirms the official start date in writing. Additional work is never added without an approved change to the scope, schedule, and investment.
Every organization works differently. The Client Discovery Questionnaire gives us an opportunity to learn more about your operation, what's working, where you're experiencing challenges, and what you'd like to improve.
